Mobile Concrete Batch Plant
In addition to Hallett Concretes fixed plant network we have the flexibility to provide various plant options for remote area work. We own and have licence to operate two Sunstate Mobile batching plants, each of which can be operated either with or without a computerised Jonel Batching system dependent on the clients needs for accuracy and quality control purposes.Each plant batches at 60m3/hour has a 50t cement silo, 8kL water holding capacity, on board admixture tanks, own engine/ electrics. This plant takes around 6-8 hours to setup, and requires calibrating prior to batching.
The Jonel computer batching system can interface directly to our metro operations if there is mobile communication onsite, enabling daily invoicing and regular reviews of batch records from our technical team.
Some of the additional features for these plants are as follow:
- Silo venting system and overfill protection manufactured to comply with strict EPA guidelines
- Remote handrail system for accessing the top of the silo
- A 75KVa self contained genset to power all the plant and accompanying batch office
- All electrical wiring meets mine specs as at date of manufacture
- Safework SA certified air compressor
- EPA licensed plant
