Nyrstar upgraded its lead smelter facility to become a low cost producer and reduce its emissions of lead.In October 2014, we won the contract to supply concrete to the project. Once awarded, our team seamlessly mobilised two mobile batch plants, two supplementary cement silos, batch huts, an IT front end loader and a water chiller from Adelaide to Port Pirie for the delivery of the project.
We worked closely with four major contractors on site to successfully deliver over 30,000m3 of concrete. Our customers were delighted with our ability to continue to service all contractors simultaneously with great service.
