MATES in Construction is a charity established in 2008 to reduce the high level of suicide among Australian construction workers. MIC are unique in the way they foster ownership and control of the program with the Australian building and construction industry. Hallett Concrete decided this was a charity which was not only worth supporting but actively promoting. Earlier this year Hallett Concrete began an initiative where sponsors could purchase one of our distinctive diamonds and show support for MIC. Hallett Concrete would like to thank BOSFA, Australasia’s largest supplier of fibres for concrete reinforcement, specialising in providing engineered solutions to consultants, contractors, builders and asset owners, for purchasing a diamond and actively supporting this initiative.
